Your physiotherapist will develop a program for you that will including practicing techniques to regain normal jaw movement. Physiotherapy for TMD includes a variety of stretching and relaxation techniques that will help you release tight muscles and scar tissue.

  • Training to improve posture and jaw alignment
  • Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)
